PURPOSE STATEMENT
Dec,1999 Vern and Miko answered God's call to start an evangelistic
outreach web site.
Our passion,
goal and
primary purpose is to to share the good news of how to have a
personal relationship with Christ to as many people as possible, and
to do it in a clear and understandable way.
We also present a wide variety of
resources, encouragement, and insight that will help believers to
take root spiritually and cultivate a faith that adds depth and
meaning to their lives.
We are a nondenominational Christian
ministry and have placed ourselves under the authority of a local
Christian church, "Grace Emmanuel" and Pastor Sam Chess.
What We Believe
The Scriptures,
inspired Word of God without error in original writings, are the
complete revelation of His will for the salvation of men and the
divine and final authority for Christian faith and life. In one God, Creator of all things,
infinitely perfect and eternally existing as three persons: Father,
Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ, is true God and true
Man, was Holy Spirit conceived, was virgin born, died on a cross as
the sacrifice for sin, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into
Heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God. He is now our High
Priest who intercedes for us. The Holy Spirit's ministry is to
glorify Christ, convict men of sin, regenerate the believing
sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and empower the believer for
Godly living. Man, originally created in God's
image, disobeyed and incurred physical and spiritual death. All are
born with a sinful nature, separated from God and can be saved only
through the substitutionary death of Christ. The shed blood of Jesus Christ and His
Resurrection are the only grounds for justification and
salvation to those who repent and admit their sin, believe the
record, accept the Gift and invite Him into their lives. The True Church is composed of all
who are regenerated by the Holy Spirit and thereby placed by the
Holy Spirit into the universal body of Christ of which He is the
Head. Only those part of the true church are eligible for
membership in the local body.
